Steve McGregor
Steve McGregor is an Indigenous writer/director from the Northern Territory. A recent graduate of the Australian Film Television and Radio School's drama strand, where he graduated with a Master of Arts Steven is hoping to continue with both the documentary and drama form. Steven has worked his way from production assistant in a government video unit to camera/editor with Imparja Television through to a producer/director with CAAMA Productions.
Coming from the Northern Territory, Steven wants to continue to live and work from here. With a strong tight Indigenous film making community in Darwin and Alice Springs providing the base for creative story telling, Steven hopes to continue his relationship with these filmmakers to bring people into a world and to share that world.
