Our Ordering Policy
Once you commit your details and your purchases, the order is immediately saved on our secure server ready for processing. Both Domestic and International orders will have credit card details debited within 24 - 48 hrs. If there are problems processing your credit card we will contact you via the phone details you supply or via e-mail. Once the payment has been authorised normal shipment times apply. All orders for DVDs that are on back-order will not be charged to your credit card until the title is back in stock.
Our Returns Policy
Within 14 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any goods that are faulty but you must contact customer service first for authorisation. Any returns that are sent back to Ronin Films without authorisation will be sent back to the customer at an additional freight charge. Once the DVD has been authorised for return, the film will be previewed to confirm the fault claim and a replacement copy will be sent.
Our Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are permitted within 14 days of receipt of order. To cancel an order for a new product, the customer must contact customer service and draw this request to their attention.
'On Approval' Terms
For institutional buyers, when purchasing DVDs marked 'On Approval', a decision must be reached within 14 days of the receipt of your order.
For customers outside of Australia, you are responsible for any import duties that may be payable. If in doubt, please contact your local Customs office.
