Miriam Smith

Miriam produced and co-directed How Far is Heaven. Miriam has written for film, print and radio, including a three part feature length drama series for BBC Radio 4. She developed her original feature length script at the prestigious Binger Film Lab in Amsterdam and wrote short film Licked that was selected for NZIFF, Montreal and Cinequest Film Festivals. Miriam has a B.A. in English & Film and a Masters in Creative & Performing Arts from the University of Auckland, where she was awarded the 'Senior English Prize'. Miriam is producer & writer on the upcoming feature documentary The Ground We Won.
