Mathew Kelley

In 1981 Mathew completed a three-year film course at Curtin University. Throughout the 1980s he worked on numerous broadcast and corporate productions as director of photography, editor and writer and sometimes director.

In 1994 he set up MASK Productions with his wife Samantha Kelley. Since then he has concentrated on directing and writing.

Major writing and direction credits include the acclaimed documentary specials Cambodia: The Bloodiest Domino (nominated as Best Television Documentary at the AFI Awards), Atlantic Charter, Big Brother of Christmas Island, Fearless – Stories from Asian Women, The Last of the Nomads and Secret Fleets.
