Paul Nadler

Paul Nadler, the subject of Braindamadj'd...Take II, was a firebrand artist in the world of television, before suffering severe brain damage in a near-fatal car accident. He cut his teeth at MusiquePlus in the early 1990s, after studying philosophy, communications and educational technology. At MusiquePlus, Nadler was the packaging designer for such popular shows as Perfecto, Clip Postal and Transit, before creating the hit show Zone X, which he also produced.

After Musique Plus, his next challenge was field producing the CBC's Street Cents. Nadler was instrumental in the re-packaging of the show, producing the Gemini Award-winning show's redesign. Additional freelance assignments included directing and creating the show opening for Up Close with Sonia Benezra. The brain damage he experienced in the car accident in the mid 1990s forced Nadler to re-invent himself. He went back to university to get his Master's degree in communications at the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM). Braindamadj'd...Take II documents his strong-willed and creative efforts to regain his life.
