THE HUNDREDTH ROOM follows the personal journey undertaken by the filmmaker in the twelve months following her partner Caroline's death. We enter into the landscape of grief to discover what death says about life.

We join the adventures of Red Girl, a plucky animated character who appears in a series of naive paintings completed during the grieving process. Red Girl is the visible expression of Sarah's inner emotional journey. Her story is narrated with an intimate diary voice.

THE HUNDREDTH ROOM takes us on an evocative and powerful journey. It is a poetic and thought-provoking documentary that describes the aliveness that comes from facing death and experiencing the emotional complexity of being alive.
